Federal Grant Application Leadership

I partner with FQHCs to provide structured, strategic support throughout the entire federal grant application process. Grant opportunities include, but are not limited to:

• Service Area Competition (SAC)

• New Access Point (NAP)

• Other relevant federal funding opportunities, including HRSA and SAMHSA

Each engagement is tailored to your organization’s needs, with a focus on clear processes, reduced internal burden, and confident execution. Because federal grant budgets require organization-specific financial expertise, budget development remains with your internal finance team. My role is to support overall coordination and ensure alignment between financial and programmatic components of the application.

Support may include:

• Feasibility assessments to evaluate alignment between funding opportunities and organizational priorities

• Strategic guidance and project leadership to support internal teams through each phase of the application process

• Comprehensive application support, from early planning through final submission
