Federal Grant Application Leadership
I partner with FQHCs to provide structured, strategic support throughout the federal grant application process — including feasibility assessments, strategic guidance and project leadership, and comprehensive application support from early planning through final submission. Each engagement is tailored to your organization's needs, with a focus on clear processes, reduced internal burden, and confident execution.
Because federal grant budgets require organization-specific financial expertise, budget development remains with your internal finance team. My role is to support overall coordination and ensure alignment between financial and programmatic components of the application.

Grant Foundation Build-Up
For organizations ready to grow beyond federal funding, I help build a sustainable grants program across private foundation, corporate, and local government funding (city, county, and state). This includes identifying the right funders, writing core proposals, and managing the full application calendar. Engagements are structured in tiers so you can start where it makes sense and scale up as your capacity grows.
