Federal Grant Application Leadership
I partner with FQHCs to provide structured, strategic support throughout the federal grant application process — including feasibility assessments, strategic guidance and project leadership, and comprehensive application support from early planning through final submission. Each engagement is tailored to your organization's needs, with a focus on clear processes, reduced internal burden, and confident execution.
Because federal grant budgets require organization-specific financial expertise, budget development remains with your internal finance team. My role is to support overall coordination and ensure alignment between financial and programmatic components of the application.
